Shipping policy

At Loom & Light, we are committed to providing our customers with the best service possible. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or if there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery service selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 1 - 3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1- 2 business days

Please note that we do not ship to outside of the UK.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping to UK. 

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@loomlight.co.uk. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping
